CLEANING PROTOCOL

Employees are required to disinfect any toys, tables, play surfaces, etc. 

The balls in the each ball pit are alternatively changed out biweekly, or as needed, and thoroughly disinfected.

The play structure is wiped down daily, or as needed. 

The carpet and tile are cleaned daily, or as needed

(Organic and/or natural hypoallergenic cleaners are predominantly used in the Jungle)

Cleaning protocol has been updated due to COVID-19.

-New medical specialized cleaning crew has been hired to clean and disinfect the premises.

- All employees will wear facial coverings. We have also installed barriers at the front counter to limit interaction between staff and customers.

- Removal of balls from the ball area.

- Industrial grade high wattage UV sterilization procedures in between scheduled play times and during closed times.

- Installation of HEPA air filters to better filtrate any potential germs within the facility.

- Reduced occupancy in the facility while the mass gathering order is in effect - no more than 10 individuals in the facility at one time.
